A small single-floor house with a mezzanine built upon a typical project took from an album of exemplary buildings. An unassertive wooden building reproduces details of stone forms of Empire style. A batten wainscoting of lateral parts styled on rustication, over the windows there are typical gypsum keystones with lion masks. Interiors preserve wood stoves and parquetry of ceremonial suite of rooms.
